Loopa first Test, only vbus led is on

Hi,
i build the core board. i am at the step where connecting the loopa boards the first time via USB to my mac. No powerled ist on only vbus.
No midiports via USB.
any idea what to check?

Hi Jens,
How do the switches on the green waveshare board look?
Any short circuit to the +5V?
Please post photos of the front and back of the Core PCB.

Hi,
i checked it all and i had connecteed the two jumpers on the waveshare wrong. I oriented at the plastik strip of the jumpers.
Board now works as shon in Video and i flashed Firmware 2.09.
After restarting board and MIOS the right 4 leds are on. The mios app is not showing the usb midi ports as shown in the Video. only the mios32 port.

But will continue

Hi,
I think it would be normal to see those LEDs lit up when there are no optocouplers installed.
On Mac I think you have to delete your old MIDI devices to see the proper USB ports.

Its done, everything is good..

The MIDI LEDs are on in testing mode. Also on with the optokoppler.
Thanks for the hint with the midi Ports. Schould have read the youtube comments and description of the build video.
