Polarity of the power harness

Hi, it´s me again.
I needed to replace the connectors due to their availability with other parts, see picture.
Currently I am preparing the power harness, yet as my parts are a bit different, kind of “upside down”, I again wonder about the right polarity.
I don´t want to change the part of the core board and so I will use “one half” of the new connector parts only.

Can you please provide the polarity or an excerpt of the circuit showing the polarity of the voltage of the core board and the neo pcb´s? Is there also a protecting diode on the neo pcb´s in any case?
I hope the picture displays the problem well:

The description tells me:
"Crimp the Molex connectors on one side of the wires first, then “click” pairs of equal cable length into the 8-pin Molex housing as shown, observing the polarity and color order of the wires."

Assemble the wiring harness according to steps 4.2 and 4.3 in the build tutorial. In that you can see how the pairs of blue/white wires alternate B/W/B/W/B/W/B/W from left to right if the locator notch is pointing up, which it is how it inserts into the 8-pin header.

The blue wire is also on the left of the 2-pin connector when it is pointing up, so it follows exactly the same sequence.

You can then see on the picture in step 4.5 how the wires insert into the neo boards. The 2-pin connector is on the bottom of the board and the 8-pin on the top of the Core board. Follow the position of the locator notch.

The pin in your picture is 0V, but as some boards are upside down or turned around, you have to pay attention to the order of wires relative to the notch rather than the voltage.

Ok, the issue about the voltage polarity is solved.
I will add some more pictures tomorrow as there´s a new issue on my task list :-)
