OSX Does not see MIDIBOX Seq V4+ via USB

I got my machine build recently and still learning how to use it proper so I hope this is just a silly user issue. But I have the device connected to my MacBook via USB, nothing else is connected to the laptop and no MIDI devices connected to sequencer. I am trying to have MIOS Studio capture dumps from the sequencer but my OS does not recognize the device at all form MIOS Studio, Audio/MIDI Setup, DAW, etc. Have tried a few USB cables as well as both USB ports.

Any thoughts why I would not be able to see the device over USB? It is getting power over the USB though.

My main pick from this list would be: MacOS drivers:

MIOS Studio wasn’t restarted. Re-enumeration of USB ports is required after resetting the Core.
SEQ USB/OTG switch is in the OTG position and tries to connect as a host (should be slave -> “USB”)
Waveshare OTG jumpers are still in.
MacOS drivers need resetting:
-> Start the Audio-MIDI-Setup of MacOS (e.g. search for “audio-midi” with Spotlight)
-> Disconnect the core module from USB
-> Delete the interface in the Audio-MIDI-Setup
-> Connect the core module to USB again
Waveshare settings are wrong; correct settings are:
-> Boot Config: Flash
-> Power: 5V In
Boot0 resistors (R101/R102) are not installed.
Cabling issue.
Insufficient or noisy USB power.

Awesome. I must have been really tired. Thought I had tried the different OTG switch positions. But putting it in USB and plugging back in and restarting MIOS Studio solved it.
