no problem, it should still be possible with the newest firmware, just tested it over here.
First, make sure you are in the normal step view mode for this (not 303 view or similar).
Then, press “ALL” and using the upper general purpose keys select all steps (they should blink in green). This is your selection pattern, marking all steps to be modified.
Then, the trick is to turn the encoder of the currently selected step (marked with the “> … <” cursor, which you can move with your jog wheel). Then all note values, also outside the visible page should be modified. If you turn any other encoder, only the notes between the encoder you turned and the selected step will be modified (“range adjustment”).
There’s another trick: that is if you push and hold the ALL key while turning the encoder of the selected step, then all steps will be set to the same value, otherwise you’d change the step values relative to their previous value.
