@diyguy yes, you can do that, but this forum (by design) has no PM functionality, so there would be no way of protecting your personal data - there would be no chance of a potential seller to contact you via the forum, as the sales talk (price, shipping cost, etc.) should be performed in a private conversation and not in the public forums.
I think it might be best to list your midiphy device on a specialized sales platform like ebay or reverb and you could of course link to that sales posting from here - people could then contact you on that platform.
