first of all: have a good new week start! It should be solvable, no worries, these are the things you can try:
a) replace the USB cable (try with a high-quality and shorter variant)
b) replace the PSU (i.e. try with a high-power variant, try a powerbank capable of delivering 2A, etc.)
If the power supply (or the cable) are at their limits, this can lead to fluctuations on the 5V line - i’ve had bad 5V “phone charger” style PSUs that had nasty 5V switcher voltage spikes/ripples, that lead to similar problems.
If that’s not helping, it might also be R33A-R33D - check their values, especially R33D is important being 560R (the others are 1K).
If that`s also not helping, i’d recommend to create a new cable for the problematic display - very often the cable is the problem, even if it looks good - try to make it of minimum required length, as well.
Also check the connector soldering on the display and on the J15 ports, maybe there’s a cold solder joint there?
