@egersound sorry for the late reply!
And thanks for your kind words! Yes, LoopA should be simple to use and definitely not crash in the user interface. I’ve tried the following:
a) Created a new session in the disk screen
b) Recorded a single one-note sequence into clip 1A (using ARM when the sequencer is running and recorded a single note via MIDI keyboard)
c) Copied the clip (via copy & paste) into 1B
d) Transposed the single note in 1B up/down via the notes editor (note editor screen)
No crash over here - did i do everything right? Was the note in the note editor screen marked with the dotted cursor when you tried to transpose? Are you running the latest firmware version?
Could you try to use a different 5V USB PSU? I’ve seen very weak “phone charger”-type USB power supplies, that would lead to strange behaviour on LoopA, if they were not able to supply a clean 5V output, but then usually the screen starts flickering first, so it’s yet a mystery what’s going on - but we’ll find out - and patch the software if it is a bug!
Best regards,
Peter
