You could consider ordering 798-MDF710S254DSA56 and just offset the row/remove 2x pins so it still sits flat. Or cut it down, but that might look a bit messy!

Elsewise seems to be available at the end of October.

Dremel for the win 🙂 - as Andy wrote, the good thing with headers is, that you can always shorten them.
    Many greets,

Hi all! after taking a little detour and using another sequencer for a while I’ve decided on the midiphy Seq v4+ and am very excited to get stuck into the build.

Was looking at the BOM and it looks like I can source everything except the 6 x BC817-25LT1G. Any suggestions on an possible alternative?

Hello, a Mouser parametric search gives the following components with similar specs:

          821-BC817-25RF BC817-25 RF Taiwan Semiconductor

Of those, the most familiar manufacturer is OnSemi or Diodes Inc, so I would suggest to try one of those.

          Have fun!

I think 595-MC3487NE4 also works at Mouser, no?

Is there a difference between 517-N2516-6002RB and 517-N2516-517-D2516-6V0C-AR-WE 16pin sockets? Both are one piece on the bom list.

For my MatriX: Mouser announced the Bourns Slide Potentiometers (PTL30-15R0-103B1) not before August 2022. As well as the red 8-pin sockets (7-215079-8) are not available.
Has someone an idea where I could get them from, instead?

Thanks Andy, found and just ordered. Was not aware of Digikey.

Looks good! The difference would seem to be that the in-stock one is “bulk” packaged (i.e., loose), but as there is I think only one per build there shouldn’t be any issue with handling.

                    Hello.
DIN8 socket what is noted in BOM is out of stock.
Same manufacturer has similar one, but 3 pins don’t match. That’s a bummer.
                    SDF-80J is in BOM
SDS-80J is with same footprint, but 3 pins are swapped

If I use SDS on all my devices then it should be OK, but if I forget it and use SDF in future and connect BLM then what do I blow up?
