I’m new to the whole Midibox and Midiphy universe. I know, I’m a bit late to the party, but better late than never. 😁
Currently, I’m building my first device, a Midibox SEQ v4 and already ordered PCBs and most of the components. The manual on www.ucapps.de refers to several forum posts so I went to the Midibox forum, only to be greeted by the login page. I had hoped that the forum is visible to visitors in “read only” mode, but hey, registering is easy I thought. So I created a new account, validated my email address: Now my account is “Awaiting Approval”. After one week I tried a second time with another email address, but still no luck. “Awaiting Approval” again. I filled out the “contact” form asking for help in that matter, but got no answer yet.
I’m not sure if the Midibox forum and/or the messaging system is somehow broken so I trying to find help here, since @Hawkeye and maybe other admins of the Midibox forum might read this post. I also tried to contact TK, but couldn’t find any way to do so (no contact info on his page?). Additionally, I tried to use archive.org to access the forum and it seems that everything was working until mid of September - after that date the archive.org crawler was not able to access the site as well. Has there been some update or policy change? What’s the current state? I would greatly appreciate any help in that matter, since the forum seems to contain a lot of helpful posts which are invaluable for me and others.
