@talondnb first of all, thanks for the precise report! You are completely right with the metronome: somehow the additional metronome settings were not adapted to the new configuration menu system in v2.11. But this has been fixed now, all metronome settings are available again:

As usual you can download the bugfixed software v2.11b here:

Regarding the other bug (loss of instrument names when entering/exiting the setup screen) - unfortunately i could not reproduce this over here - i used your provided setup.txt (thanks for that!) and tried for half an hour, but the instrument names were always available for selection on the track screen:

Could you run an external filesystem check on the SD Card? An inconsistency here might explain this trouble. My suggestion: back-up the files on it first and run the app “SDFormatter” with a low-level format of every sector, or if you are using Linux/Unix, you can do a low-level “dd” to write over every sector of the card and then reformat as FAT32. If the card had been exposed to a few power-downs during write-access, this will “repair” damaged sectors. Then you can restore the backuped contents and try again. Thanks!
If this doesn’t help: could you give me a detailed step-by-step (the more precise the better!) instruction on how this problem can be reproduced? If it can be reproduced, it can be fixed :-). Thanks a lot!
Cheers and have a good weekend,
Best regards,
Peter
