Keeze it’s a bit counterintuitive, but it is expected behaviour: The time cursor and note recording position will not match up, if time transformations are configured. To “fix” this, just press the “Freeze” button on the same screen.
It makes a bit more sense, if you’re using the “scroll” feature and live recording: notes are recorded in full time resolution at the shown time position in the clip, but are then afterwards time-transformed (multiplication by zoom, addition by shift), which can lead to the visual offset. Handling notes this way retains the highest possible time resolution - pressing “Freeze” then “bakes” them mathematically (not lossless).
In short words: when you exit the clip screen, Freezing can make a lot of sense!
