edit: But i know that there is a different when the Letters are different. But i Looses only at the Numbers when searching Ebay

@JayBeee if you’ve ordered for example these TBD62783AFG from ebay:

They should work, the important part of the component name is TBD62783AFG, this defines the chip type and chip size - and that is the size that is used on LoopA.

The product name suffix (EL) i did not know before, but after some detective work, here’s a table for Toshiba ICs:

Suffix 	Meaning
L 	Tape & Reel
L1 	Tape & Reel
L3 	Tape & Reel
TPL 	Tape Option
S1 	Tube
S4 	Tube
F 	Leadfree Package
Q 	Leadfree Terminals or Internal Designator
E 	RoHS Compatible
X 	RoHS Compatible
V 	Halogen Free

So here, E would stand for RoHS and L for Tape and Reel packing, all good, it should not matter as you’re soldering these parts by hand and are not feeding them into an SMT pick&place machine, any packaging format should do fine.

Ah sorry, currently got a bad cold and my brain is not at 100% 🙂 - Andy is right, you probably need TBD and the ebay product linked above is not the right type!

There have been some reports of users sourcing them successfully from China, gotta look on our facebook page and will report back to you.

Ok, found it - these were reported working by a customer:

Note that he used TD instead of TBD, so it seems they work!
